Supporters
Freedom Fishing Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit organization that is supported by volunteers and donations. We can’t take deserving vets fishing without the support of community members and businesses. If you would like to help improve the lives of veterans and their families, please consider donating. We are so thankful for those who’ve stepped up and generously donated to our mission. We hope that you will patronize these businesses and thank them for their commitment.
If your company or organization is looking for a nonprofit to support, we would love to talk about ways to partner. Together, we cast lifelines.
8 Ways to Support the Mission

If you would like more information on any of these options or have another idea you’d like to talk about, please email us.
Partnerships
One of the partnerships we’re most grateful for is the one we’ve forged with the Minnesota Softball Military Appreciation Foundation. Each year they put on an incredible softball tournament and select benefactor organizations who put funds to good work helping vets.
Freedom Fishing Foundation has been honored to receive funds on a few occasions. The substantial donations enable us to get more vets on the water.
This video gives an overview of the tournament and the foundation’s mission.
We’re also grateful for our partnership with Tee It Up For The Troops. Learn more about their organization by watching this video.

Good Stewards
Perhaps it is our military background, but we take this very seriously. We are very disciplined in how we spend your donations. As a result, we’ve earned the Platinum Transparency award from GuideStar. This means you can feel good about our non-profit status and the way your money will be put to good use.
We have a partnership with Thrivent Financial, so if you’re a customer of theirs, you can donate from your account earnings and do estate planning from within your Thrivent account.
